Too soon to tell if it’s working (I’m sure it will though), but the Auto button is a game changer when doing over a larger areas (legs, arms, bikini). Just keep moving the device and you’re done in a jiffy!

Arrived today after a long wait and I like it. Easy to hold, easy to use, no pain (the cooler seems to work) and can be used more frequently than other types so i can keep going until it's done! Started on a low setting today (3) so we'll see if it still stays cool. It loses a star because it's always shown in hand without the wire so I thought it was chargeable and wireless ... it's not. Also, the shipping was super slow but when contacted support they were fantastic so it was easy to forgive the delay.
