Generally, once your order has been placed, it’ll be processed and shipped 24 hours. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 days, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@glammer.co.nz and we will gladly assist you.

Risk and Loss: Purchases from Glammer are made under a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and ownership of the items pass to the customer once we hand them over to the carrier.

 

Claims Processing: Claims for lost, missing, or incorrect/damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. For claims involving incorrect or damaged items, please provide accompanying photographs. Glammer reserves the right to limit or deny reshipment or refunds under any circumstances. Courtesy reshipments are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
