How often should I be exfoliating?

Recommended Usage: Incorporate into your routine 1-2 times a week and replace your glove every 4-8 weeks for optimal results.

FOUR EASY STEPS TO GLOWING 

Step One: Hydrate your skin. 

Have a steam session for at least 5 minutes. (Yes, a shower or bath works too!) Avoid using any soaps or lotions as the exfoliating fabric works best with friction to remove dead skin cells.

Step Two: Prep The Glove.

Dampen the glove thoroughly and gently wring out excess water, ensuring it remains slightly moist for optimal exfoliation.

Step Three: Get Scrubbing!

Step out of the water and exfoliate your skin using circular motions until you notice dead skin cells rolling away. Repeat this process for each area of your body you wish to treat. Remember, the more pressure you apply, the better the results. (Some redness is normal)

Step Four: All Smooth Now!

Once you've finished, rinse off both your skin and the glove, wring out the excess water, and hang the glove to dry. Be cautious around sensitive areas, avoiding any open cuts, active acne, or inflammation.
