Shipping & Returns

Australia-wide Shipping

Products are dispatched from our warehouse and received by you (under normal circumstances) on average within 1 to 7 days.  Certain items may have different shipping times to this so please refer to the shipping details on individual product pages.

All shipments include a tracking number. 

    International Shipping

    International shipments are now at no cost and under usual circumstances can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days on average depending on where you are located.

    Please note that customs duties, import charges or any other charges specific to your country are not included and are payable by the buyer. Further, customs checks etc can impact the shipment time.

     

    Return and Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of our products we have a strict returns policy for safety and hygiene purposes. We will replace any items which are faulty or damaged.

    Broken or missing products must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with appropriate photo or video proof or we are unable to claim against the shipping carrier. Please email us at support@glammer.com.au 

    Please ensure appropriate and correct product, sizes and quantities you require of items before placing orders, change of mind will incur an additional AUD 20 charge.

    FAQ

    How long does it take to process my refund?

    Refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up in your account but usually takes 5 business days. This is in addition to processing time.

    How long does it take to process a return item?

    It generally takes 3 to 7 business days to process a returned item.

    Am I eligible for a replacement/ refund? 

    Faulty items over 30 days from purchase date will generally not be eligible for a full refund and replacement or store credit will be offered.

    If you believe your item is faulty - please email support@glammer.com.au with the following included: 

    • Your order number
    • Photos or videos of the faulty product
    • Clear explanation of the fault

    The item should be preferably returned preferably in its original packaging and must include all parts. 

    Please note: All free items, sale and promotional items received will generally not be eligible for a replacement after 30 days from purchase.

    I put in the wrong delivery address, what can I do?

    We encourage that you double check your delivery details before confirming payment as any costs due to incorrect details will be at the expense of the buyer. Non-delivery due to an incorrect address will not be eligible for any compensation by us.

    For re-delivery due to a returned parcel to us please email us at support@glammer.com.au with the updated correct shipping details. The re-shipping processing charge will usually usually be $10 in addition to the same charge made in the initial order.

    I am missing an item from my order.

    Please contact support@glammer.com.au and one of our customer representatives will assist you.  

    I received a faulty or damaged item.

    Ensure that you inspect the parcel when your order arrives. If there are any indications of damage then you must take pictures/videos and send to us immediately at support@glammer.com.au

    If you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as within 48 hours so that we can assist you further.
